Services

  • Emergency Services: Available 24/7 for lockouts, repairs, and key replacements. Response times vary by location.

Cancellation Policy

  • Call Out Charges: All call out charges are non-refundable, unless we are unable to find a locksmith to come to your property, car or business address within 24 hours of your calling us. If we are unable to provide you with a locksmith during 24 hours after taking payment, we will then provide you with a full refund for any monies taken from you. Refund will be in the form of the same method of payment used to take the callout fee.
  • Cooling-Off Period: Cancel within 14 days for non-emergency services booked remotely.
  • Fees: Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment may incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • Services: Just Local Locksmiths LTD act as a broke up between the customer needing a locksmith service and the locksmith, operator or locksmith engineer who would attend the specific job.

Liability

Limitations: We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues caused by improper use of locks/systems.

Force Majeure: Delays due to extreme weather or unforeseen events are not our responsibility

Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction: Disputes governed by UK law, with resolution sought through mediation before litigation
